We (SLC) actually got 3" of snow dumped on us just a few days ago but most of it has already melted away.

Moab is usually 8-10 degrees warmer than SLC so even if the storm got down there it was probably mostly rain, and any snow was probably gone by noon the next day.

Moab probably won't get snow right now and they say its just going to get warmer through the week.
