Mav63, Does that Manual say anything about adjusting the Throttle Position Sensor?

I have a BR-3 diagnostic tool that shows the Idle setting of the TPS at 0.0%. With it disconnected it reads 7.1%, this is what I assume it should read, but the sensor trips out really bad if I try to adjust it.
