Can you imagine spooling up a turbo why trying to crawl over some rocks? I can hear the coversation in my head "just a little more gas, little, little, HOLY SHIT!" as i launch over the rock when my boost goes from 5psi to 20psi and i gain 50hp...

Great idea if you want a street only X. Try something small like a T-37...
