Also, one thing to keep in mind is that a roots style blower is far superior to a turbo in the torque category. I don't see why you wouldn't just port a factory M62 and slap that on your X. In fact, I have thought about picking up a spare from Ebay for $150 and porting it to see the difference in boost it makes. I am sure the factory motor should be good up to 15psi.
