I would suggest making sure your tires are properly inflated. I keep mine at 35 psi.
Second, if you haven't done it already, you should change to all synthetic fluids (front & rear diffs, oil,). That *may* get you 1-2 mpg increase.

I also have a freeing flowing cat-back Magnaflow exhaust system and an open air element to free up some HP.
