Got it. - Thanks for the help. I checked the ignition timing with the timing light last fall before doing the timing belt/maintenance and noticed that it was a little advanced - I decided to just leave it alone then, lately been thinking about it again and if it had negative effects on mileage or not. (still averages 16-17 mpg) - and yes I drive it like grandma
