Suspension lift squeek and stiffness?

Been about 6 months with the AC 3" suspension lift on. I also did the torsion bars and shocks earlier. I noticed that theres a slight squeek (like rubbery sound) coming from the upper arms... is this just because of the polyurethane (sp?) replacement parts in there?
Also The truck is stiff as hell, I know the stiffer bars and shocks are partly to blame but WOW made a hell of a difference, is it just me or others too?
Thanks
Mark

Are you saying it has always been stiff since the lift, or just recently?

Could be a bunch of things...but the most likely is over torque on the UCAs/shock bushings/lack of lube. Did you grease the zerks? Use a torque wrench on the bolts?

I've found that the Mobil1 Synthetic Grease seems to be excellent for this type of lube job...it sticks when wet better than the others, yet hold up when hot better than the marine type greases.
