So decided to make my own BL, the problem is that I did not want to do all the work that the 3" BL has to have. So decided to buy some Plastic from ebay and machine my own 2.5" Blocks.

Everything went smoothly except when lifting the passenger side I broke the incoming connection for the heater coil. The hose is clamped to the engine and since I was by myself I did not notice the problem until anti-freeze was pouring on the ground. A quick trip to home depot for some 1/4" fitting and jb weld and everything was back to new. The only other problem is that the blocks when I bought the plastic was suppose to be day glow orange but turned out to be pink. But oh well pink always looks good on black.

Good job. It's definitely worth putting your on BL together to save alot of cash. Looks like it's time for tires for you

Where did you get the bolts for that? I have been looking around for the bolts for a diy kit, but cant find them for a decent price.
