That doesn't suprise me, warrunty work is touchy stuff. They are good folks in at O'Neils though, well to me they are anyway. One of the guys at the parts counter (Brian) is a great guy and has always been a big help to me.

The way I see it with the Long Trails is that they are fine in the snow, and if the snow gets to deep that is what 4WD is for ... they aren't too bad off road when you are only into novice stuff ... deep, thick mud hits them hard (not self cleaning) as well as rough rock trails (puntures and stuff), but for just travelling on the back roads and over powerline trails they are fine ... as long as you have a buddy to help you along if you need it you are fine ... but AT's woudl be better
