I would just put it on as well.. Who cares what it'll look like with the smaller tires..

Just wait till the 33's come in and it'll look great.. wink

i think it would be better to put both lifts on at the same time since my inspection sticker dies next month and i'll need a modified inspection this time, plus finding 2 seperate time to do that much work ain't that easy.my friends are saying to wait on the bl until the 33's because the wheel gap.

They don't have much impact on each other.

The inspection won't care about a 2" BL, ...only an SL and tire height, typically, only if they are above that state's guidelines.

If its hard to find enough time to do both...and inspection is looming, its actually better to knock out the BL first.

It makes doing the SL a little easier, and, won't mess up the inspection.

A BL can take as little as a few hours to all day depending upon your skills/help. Most of the SL's are all day minimum, two days average.

Its VERY ambitious to try to do a SL/BL on the same weekend...it assumes no murphy factors, and good help, etc. Its possible, but, if you have the opportunity to split them up, safer to schedule separately.

I say go for it, just in case you run into any problems, you can get them worked out before the tires decide to make there way in.

Do it. Like someone here said before: It's not a matter of if you will do the BL, it's a matter of WHEN. Do it now and you will be set up when you are ready to do tires, and get the 2" BL versions of sliders and bumpers. [ThumbsUp]

you are doing the same set up that i have. i had my 3"SL put on then put on the 2"BL. Rode around for about 3 weeks and had to get the tires on there to fill up the wheel wells.

Im glad i did the SL first because it gave me a few more inches under the X to move around with tools to do the BL. Get some pics up when you are done.

Good Luck.
