Sounds like a worn center link. Instead of buying a OEM Nissan part it would be better to buy a heavy duty CALMINI or if you really got some bucks a SLR upgraded steering system. The CALMINI system goes for a little less than $500 while the SLR unit can cost from $600 to almost a grand.
