Just an aside - I ordered my shocks, and several other parts from SLR, never had any problem....I think the SLR issues were a couple of years ago at least....and I've had Calmini and AC orders screwed up, but never SLR's.

I think most of the off road type stores seem to have cyclic problems from time to time, and fall behind with orders, not calling people back, etc...because they are run by enthusiasts, not by business majors, etc.

So even though AC or Calmini may screw up from time to time, I still order from them too...I'd hate to see any one making X stuff go out of business.



PS - If you are going to add armor, winches, bumpers, lots of spare parts/tools, etc...you might want to up the stiffness a bit to help off road off camber control, and on road handling...I did 20% stiffer and itsd worked out really well...rides better than stock.
