hey all. i just did a torsion twist this morning on my xterra. i always sort of knew how to do it, so i just kind of winged it. basically i just put a wrench on the top nut so it wouldnt spin, and then took a ratchet to the bottom of the bolt and just started turning. however, after reading directions (which i probably should have done in the first place), i noticed that you guys recommend to turn the top nut. that was one thing i didnt do. the front is raised about an inch or so, so i know it worked either way. but the question is, the bump stops did not seem to get any closer to the deal on top (im not sure what the deal on top is). i have room for 2 (maybe a little more) fingers between the bumpstop and the deal. is this because i didn't turn the nut on top while i was crankin the bolt with a ratchet from the bottom?

on a side note, the right torsion bar became difficult to turn, ie more resistance, as more time went along. that didnt happen with the one on the left

(just an fyi, i turned the bolt 35 times, and they were 1/3 turns, seems a little high if you know what i mean)
