As long as you are drawing the head up into the cross member as you twist the bolt, its working...its 6 of one and a half dozen of the other.



(If some one here has the ability to make a little red circle or something to show the bumpstop gap here that would help....)

Now that the truck is an inch higher up front...what are you doing about the rear to match?

A set of lift shackles for a 3" SL would be good, gives you another 1.5" of lift out back.
