Ok, This afternoon I'm following the instructions over on XterraFirma about re-indexing my front end, and I'm good until one point.

What is the best way to get a t-bar out of the front anchor when it is stuck? My drivers side bar is stuck in the anchor and I cannot get it out!

I've got some more PB blaster sitting on it while I type and get some water, so if anyone is reading this and has a solution, I'm waiting
