The two main T-Bar extraction tricks I use are a drift pin from the rear of the cross member through the adjuster hole to knock the bar forward if stuck at the rear...
and if the front is stuck, BFH-ing the adjuster finger rearward typically pulls it out if the rear is still stuck too
...or, loosen the three LCA anchor bolts, slide quarter(s) behind the tbar, and tap the front anchor torwards the LCA.
Either way...the bar comes out.
