I have a 2001 xterra with a calmini 3 inch lift and its been a year or so while having it and now when ever i turn i hear a clicking noise. I can feel the click on my steering wheel and on my feet on the floor. Does any1 know what this can be and is it serious.

I have the same thing happen from time to time, sounds like something is really wrong. Come to find out, the rear anti sway bar extensions loosen up. Try tightening those bolts. It makes my noise go away.

Was the lift just installed? If not then possibly it is the Cv joint, they tend to click while turning if they are bad. Check the CV boots cause if one got torn that's a pretty good give away.
