If you look at the tips of the load leaves, you would see that the ends are like a ski, curved at the tip....and he probably means that one load leave's tips point down, and the other points up.

So sounds like its just the way the tips are pointing that's of concern to him.

I load up pretty full sometimes, so I left mine on despite hang-up issues...but other wise those suckers would be off in a heart beat.

The tips point down...it seems mostly to make sure they dig into roots and so forth.
