The load leaves are just that. They really don't do anything unless you load up the truck with a lot of heavy stuff and or have a trailer with a fair amount of tongue wieght. Then the provide a surface for compressed springs to rest against. They don't really "spring" much.

Add a leafs add to your spring pack and increase the compression force of your spring pack. They can help solve saggy springs and keep the pack from compressing as easily.
