Ran up suprise canyon did the loop to briggs camp in DV, no problems. Ran up the road to get ice.
Two trips down and back up no problem. On the way back down to leave I got the dent on a stair step. Also tweaked the rear diff and was bleeding gear oil all the way back to palmdale.
I guess I shouldn't have tryed going back down sober.

First X had 2000 miles, sunk it in a 'small' puddle. This new one had 2000 give or take , slid off a log and crushed the back door. Both models had severe step rail damage (no sliders yet ) Now I have about 12k on the new one and I am afraid to let go of the wheel for fear of taking a wrong nascar style turn. Due for an alignment real soon due to cheap tires.
There is really nothing stupid about being stupid. You dent the tin foil on every sandwich you wrap.
