So the exhaust is on, the suspension lift is complete, the Hurculining is done along with the pinstriping (thanks again for coming up with that Muzicman), and the tires will be here Friday. I will take more pictures after the tires are on, Xterrains. Here is what I think so far;
Gibson cat-back exhaust from AC: this exhaust is awesome. It really brings out the growl in the X without being obnoxious. You can actually hear the idle and if you hit the gas a little bit the people around you will know without being startled. It sounds best between 2-4k so it goes great with offroading. I can not say I feel a real difference in power even though I am sure there is (a 10 horse increase is only 3-4% after all)
AC SL with rear shackles and RS9000s: I am very happy with this lift so far. If you are unhappy with the mushy feel of the stock suspension this is the fix. I have not fooled with the struts yet, I just set them at firmness setting 5 of 9 and will play around later. At this setting the rear end has not bottomed out yet while going over large bumps suddenly. The springs up front are also MUCH firmer then stock and make the vehicle a little more responsive. I will say that if you are not used to stiffer suspensions this may take some getting used to, I personally like it. I went off roading a little bit yesterday and it felt great, it gives when it needs to and reamins pretty rigid otherwise.
Herculining: c'mon, it just looks cool as hell. It was relatively easy to apply and negates the need for those ugly mud flaps. Definately try to get a friend or two to split a can, I only used a little more then a quart to do the sides and all steps on the rear bumper.
