To change the diff fluid you mean? Check the backyard mechanic section, there's a how-to posted in there somewhere, but you just need a 1/2-inch-drive breaker bar to open the plugs. Remember, fill plug first, THEN drain plug...

[ThumbsUp]

To clarify (this seemed really weird to me the first time) - you just stick the 1/2" square post from the socket wrench (or extension, or breaker bar) in the drain/fill plugs directly... just like you were putting it on a socket.

Seems like somebody posted a special adapter for the 1/2" drive that was squared off specifically for situations like these. I've been looking for one since because the typical 1/2" breaker bar is slightly rounded and the plug seems to be a fraction larger than than 1/2"

Well, yeah, it's not an exact fit, but it works, and the guys at the dealership don't use an adapter either.

You'll be looking for a Pipe Plug Socket (Male). I've seen them listed at 1/2" & 13.1mm on places like this http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/ I don't know what the actual size you would need is, it would be one of those two.
