hey, another newbie question. I've been searching and I can't understand what a differential lowering kit is. Some suspension lifts come with them and other don't. Any info would help. thanks!

the diff lowering kit is to drop the front diff to keep shit from binding up do to the change in geometry caused by the 3" lift.

Its really just new diff mount bushings - the OEM one's are pretty thick, and have a hole in the middle for the diff mounts.

The diff drop ones look about the same, except the holes are lower by about 3/4", which lowers the diff by that amount (Off center holes).
