Possibly. But the odd thing is it doesn't do it every time. I have gone in and changed the setting so that it cannot turn off the wireless to save power.

But even if that were the case... what would cause the problem of not being able to enable it without rebooting? When I right-click and select "enable" the window pops up saying it's enabling it...but then it doesn't. No fail message or anything.
