Went to chicago, witnessed a mugging, two homeless people fight over a shopping cart, and asshole people who couldnt give a flying fart about anyone but themselves. All over a weekend. Chicago proper is not a massive sewer of corruption... its just a massive sewer. Drive 10 miles out of the city and its a whole different world.

Glad the city didn't get it and never will. Not enough room, too large of a budget compared to the massive debt the city has.
Oh, yeah, that slight crime problem didn't help either.
