Carter actually accomplished something notable (getting the Israelis and Arabs in the same room, much less to negotiate) and they dicked around until 2002 before awarding him the Peace Prize. That makes this 'award' look questionable at best.

They should rename it the Nobel We Like Your Agenda Better Than The Last Guy's Prize.
