TURD. I believe the correct phrase is, "Motor mount is a turd." I've broken a couple myself and wheel with others who've had this happen as well. Never replaced one myself, I brought mine to the shop for that. It can be done at home though, just look around "backyard mech", or "probs/annoys" if the dealership's not too kind this time around.
