I had this in the perfomance forum, and since it didn't get answered, I thought I would move it here. Anyone know of any companies that already have some aftermarket mods for the 05??? Engine, body, etc......... I can't find any

You will find lots of goodies from Calmini in the next month... lift, sliders, bumpers... lots of good teasers at www.purenissan.com

Other mods... hmmm, I'm just reinstalling all of my old mods right now. HAM radio, offroading lights...

Performance mods... intake/exhaust... how much more do you want to push? I would be leary with going to far based on other components failing... ie axles, etc.

Give it some time... keep your eyes open and report back if you find something cool!

Goto www.skidplates.com and let them know you want parts. The more demand there is, the faster '05 parts will show up on the market.

These guys and Shrockworks are great competition to Calmini and should push Calmini to provide better parts and service.(not that Calmini is bad)

well I'm not going to be buying one until Aug or Sept, and I'm not gonna change TOO many things, just exhaust, intake, little things like that. I just want to go ahead and start planning what I want. Also, I was wondering since its the same block as the 350 (VQ series), I wonder if the parts are the same???????? :p Other than that just looking at lift and tires. I've seen the teflon wheels and they appeared to be powder coated. I think the "teflon" is referring to a color and not the material. Please correct if I'm wrong because I like the look of them.

I think they are teflon. the name of the wheel is Victor, and with the black ones, its the Victor wheels WITH teflon. But who knows.
