Yup that's right....no difference at all...the Stock Bumper Assembly weighs around 45 Lbs or so (on a '02-'03 Xterra anyway)....so minus that with the weight of that Shrock Bumper and it will be around 60 Lbs....shit, you'll probably have some Fat Buddies that will take up most of the weight...
