IMO the stock coils are too soft if your serious about wheelin' anyway.

Add a front bumper, skids, then a winch like most end up doing and the extra weight starts to add up.

If you're just going for more looks than maybe the stock coils will work out with a front steel bumper, could always try it 1st and upgrade later if needed.
