Not precisely sure how much the suspension lift is over stock height but it's approx. 8".
The tires in the top two photos are 37" SSR's on 15x8" rims. The bottom picture is 36" bias-ply IROK's on 15x10" rims. The 37" SSR and the 36" IROK are nearly identical in diameter.
