I've only had nothing but good experiences with the new X. Some of the trails I used to run I no longer bottom on.
The 1st gen had a decent LSD in the rear. Not exactly a locker unless you stuck some clutch plates in there, but definately better than OPEN.
So are you telling us that you have taken your 05 offroad??? pixs please... still waiting for the 5" lift and 33s before I go get dirty - it just makes working under the truck that much easier if its clean.
