Xterra/Frontier Limited Slip Differential $399.95 1999-2004 Frontier & 2000-2004 Xterra H233B Rear Differential with drum brakes only

What about a limited slip differential instead of the locking diffential? Does anyone have either of these products? Since money is a issue, i can't really afford the locking differntial with air compressure. Im thinking that the limited is better than the regular open differential but is the limited safe on highways, roads, and turns? Thanks, Nick
