Hey everyone...I just graduated from college in December and earlier this month bought a 2001 black Xterra. I always loved them since day one they advertised. I live up in NH, so hopefully we'll get some more snow this winter so I can have some fun with it. But I love driving my Xterra!

Welcome! I'm the same way with my X! If they repo man wants to take mine back, he's gonna have to pry the steering wheel from my cold dead hands!

Stock size, unless i'm mistaken is just under 31". You can do a PML for about $60 that will give you about 1 1/2" of lift. I just finished doing mine about an hour ago and it looks good. I wasn't expecting to be able to tell a big difference.

And congrats on the getting stuck initiation. [LOL] I buried mine up to the rocker panels in a river last week. It was awesome. My first time too.

my tires are 265/70/15...so just under 30 i believe. how long did the PML take?

mine took about 1.5-2 hrs in slow mode. got my x stuck for the first time the other day to on the beach. the x did fine until i tried to pull out some numb nuts who came out in his fwd only escape. he didn't understand how he got stuck or that when i pulled he needed to gas it. buried myself but it was fun digging out. luckly i carry a folding shovel. one day in the far off future i would like to get an exhaust jack. supposed to be good on sand.

About the same for me. With smoke breaks [Smoking] it was about 2 hours. Tested it out today after I got my alignment and it looks and drives really good. Now I need it to quit raining and warm up so I can put my BL on.
