BurgPath Member Registered: 25/05/02 Posts: 2146 Loc: Knoxville, Tn	Came home to find our pop up camper badly damaged. It has been in the back yard with the dogs for 8 months now, never been a problem. Today though, seems the dogs got bored. They chewed off most of the front fascia and into the support wood. I also found where they chewed a hose and some wires underneath. Damage will likely be $1K at least. Insurance. If I was towing it and it was damaged it would be covered by auto. If a tree fell on it in the yard, it would be covered by homeowners. So is dog damage a coverable occurrence? We'll call them in the AM, I'm too pissed to do it now. Anonymous Unregistered	I know State Farm would cover it if it was parked at your home. Your standard home deductible would apply, though; I don't know about you, but I've got a $1,000 ded. on my home insurance.

Found out its independently insured via the finance company. Even if the damage looked like it happened on road, I wouldn't try to do that. My luck I'd get busted and end up with no insurance on anything.
