You're obviously beyond chugging JD or SoCo :rolleyes: , so let's look around.. Makers Mark is a fine bourbon, as is Bookers (in the same line as Knob). For that matter, Jim Beam is a fine low-end bourbon in it's own right. Old standards like Canadian Mist, or even Seagrams 7 still hold their value amongst todays "boutique" bourbons, as does good 'ol Crown Royal.

Oh, I just remembered, a long time ago, I got ahold of some "Jeremiah Weed". Smooth, sweet, and strong, somewhat hard to find. Haven't seen it in years..
