Hey Xterrain, how long does it take for stuff to get there? Just want to make sure the pkg. arrives safely...

I have had packages take over a month to get to me. Most make it in about two to three weeks. Thanks again guys, I'm going this afternoon to get some decks of cards. These are not the official ones. They only made a couple of hundred decks of those and I've never even seen one. These are a knock off set made somewhere here in the third world. MBflyerfan, your cards are in the mail. What would you like for your second package?

Last time,in the first war, a buddy of mine sent me back a Hard Rock Cafe Bagdad tee shirt. The emblem was all busted up like it had been bombed. Very funny. But you dont have to send anything so extravigant as that. If they have them though, I would be happy to pay you for it. Something simple, like a keychain or something would be really cool. Thanks!

No Hard Rock Cafe shirts. There are Operation Iraqi Freedom shirts, Operation Enduring Freedom shirts and "Got Sand?" shirts. One guy did a local shirt that gave ten reasons why spring break is better in the states than here. I have a "top twenty reasons prison is better than deployment" list if anyone is interested. The selection of souveniers is very meager. The only thing they make in Kuwait is oil.

My parent's haven't sent me porn. My Dad did three tours of Vietnam, so you'd think he would know what I need, but then again the Army was different back then. He probably thinks I'm drinking beer and hitting the strip clubs in Bagdad. I've read and answered all my PMs. I can't check those everyday. Hell, I can't check this site everyday. Sometimes the Army just won't let me go there.

Any idea as to how long you guys will be out there? I showed your post to my brother and he came up with (what I think is) a good idea.

If there's interest out there, we'll register and host "www.SaveOurSoldiers.com" (sos) where you guys can add your mailing address and a list of stuff you would like sent to you (or just porn)...... and we're Canadian, (so Canadians do actually support you guys!!! :p )

I have no idea how long I'll be here. I'm hoping to get home before GOX, but you never know. I may be here for another year. I think Canadians are great. World record sniper shot was made by a Canadian during Afghan war. Carlos Hathcock claimed a longer shot during Vietnam conflict, but it was never officially measured.
