The most I've paid for tickets was $50 each for VIP with private parking and before show and after show parties at Jones Beach for Pearl Jam.
And I'm not even a Pearl Jam fan, but it was a good show. lol

Punk shows are cheap. Love seeing Bad Religion in NYC for $20 every time.

Now.. My fiance bought me Van Halen tickets for MSG, orchestra seats, about 20th row aisle seats for May and they were like $250 a pop..
But that was a x-mas gift and she knew that I really wanted to see them back in November.
But we didn't have the cash at the time.
Things were much better around x-mas time.

Can't wait for that show.

Meh - paying for concerts suck.

That's why I work in the pit Get to see the concert for free from the best seats in the house. People are a trip to - heck some shows I enjoy people watching as much as the show...

well, i went and saw brad paisley, carrie underwood and jake owen 2 years ago in baltimore. i got the tickets on ebay for like $200 for 2 tickets. we were about 10 rows off the stage. def. worth the money. i got to see craig morgan front row center here in town for free, and im going this weekend to see carrie underwood and keith urban...for free.

The most I've ever paid for any event was the past two Voodoo Fests in New Orleans. In '07, I paid $350 for VIP passes which gave me free drinks at a VIP bar so no lines, private restrooms with running water so no porta-johns and REEDICKULUSS lines!!! I got to see Social Distortion, Shooter Jennings, Ozomatli, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Flaming Lips, and about a dozen other bands (total of like 60 bands performed I think).

Last year's Voodoo Fest I just paid $85 for gen. admission and got to see Rage Against the Machine, Smashing Pumpkins and Ben Harper. They had over 110 bands last year.

A festival event like that is the only way I will pay over $100 for ANY show, regardless of who's playing.

The most I ever paid was $800.00 for front row tickets. Just spent over $200.00 on a pair of Tool tickets in November, but only $100.00 for a pair of tickets to see Wilco here in March and also Minsitry in April.

PSYCHED about only paying $60.00 for very close balcony seats to see My Morning Jacket on March 10th. Suck on it, Lizz.
