I could not agree more. While appreciate the fact that they risk their lives for us, every time I have needed their services they were little more than completely worthless.[/b]
You're right - not all cops are as dilligent about their work as they should be, but you can say that of every profession which employs people - yours included I'd bet. The potential for a successful investigation isn't great to begin with. My point is that you shouldn't do anything that will make the successful resolution of the case even more difficult if not impossible.
