AGI is your tax liability. At least the figure used to calculate your tax liability. There is a line on your 1040 that lists the amount.

However, I don't think the stimulus/welfare makes any adjustments to the amounts they are paying you.

Either you qualify or you don't. The payments are in increments divisible by $300 depending on AGI and dependents and filing/marital status.

If they gave you $57 or whatever it was... it sounds wrong. It sounds like you were fucked.

I'd call the IRS directly. Your paperboy is getting at least $300. You should be getting more than that.
