I wouldn't go so far as to claim they are successful. The authorities up in Boston seem pretty pissed about the whole thing and seem determined to make someone pay.

The corporate people at Turner Broadcasting are going to sever all ties with them and whatever company or ad agency they represent. After this media fiasco today, the people at Turner will be even more determined to put as much distance between them as possible. I bet they are even sorry they offered to pay for these guys legal fees.

It's also possible since this went on in multiple states, the feds could get creative and press some type of charges.

If these guys acted business like, mature, and somewhat responsible today, they would have at least had the media on their side. Now they won't.

This won't wind up being a success for either these two guys or Turner Broadcasting.
