Well, if you subscribe to the theory that any publicity is good publicity, then I can see where you would think it was a success. I don't happen to believe that any publicity is good publicity.

I do see an upcoming episode of "Law and Order" being loosely based on this incident though. They'll have to work in a murder or someone being accidently killed.
