It's up to you, Charlie, but you might consider cutting the kid a little slack.

Ah, Russians are going to find that sub 'fore we get near it anyway."

he is good in law and order.. I sure hope that Hilary doesn't make it past the primaries.. I'm not sure if the country is ready for a female president.. Not to be a sexist or anything but I just don't think it is.. Wrong time and we are in the wrong place..

Well here is my opinion of the two in terms of being elected in todays political environment.

1. Hillary - I dont think the US is ready for a Female president .. yet. The hot spots in the world right now do not have alot of respect for women in political power.

2. Obama - Black who cares. I think the US is ready for this. The major stepping stone I actually see for him is unfortunately his name. It sounds too much like Osama.

"The Hunt for Red October" was a decent movie.

Baldwin's best performance was the short time he spent in the film "Glengarry Glen Ross".

Getting back to Fred Thompson, being an actor is just one of the things he has done in his career.

It's too bad he left the Senate. But, he got sick of the cespool that is Washington D.C., and one of it's biggest cespools IS the US Senate.

Disliking Washington D.C. makes anyone a more attractive candidate.

The country might be ready for a woman if the right woman were to emerge. But it's not Hillary. She is the wrong woman.

Her paranoia makes Nixon's look pale by comparison.

It looks like Hillary's politics of personal destruction is already working on attacking Obama.

According to this "Insight Magazine" article, Hillary's campaign seems very concerned about his Muslim connections and his past and has been investigating him. Of course they release the information to non-mainstream media sources to get Hillary's "conversation" going...

Insight: Hillary's team has questions about Obama's Muslim background

Are the American people ready for an elected president who was educated in a Madrassa as a young boy and has not been forthcoming about his Muslim heritage?

This is the question Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s camp is asking about Sen. Barack Obama.

An investigation of Mr. Obama by political opponents within the Democratic Party has discovered that Mr. Obama was raised as a Muslim by his stepfather in Indonesia. Sources close to the background check, which has not yet been released, said Mr. Obama, 45, spent at least four years in a so-called Madrassa, or Muslim seminary, in Indonesia.

"He was a Muslim, but he concealed it," the source said. "His opponents within the Democrats hope this will become a major issue in the campaign."
Hillary doesn't believe in campaigning. She believes in completely destroying people in order to eliminate enemies and opponents.

It looks like it's starting already.

CNN debunks false report about Obama

JAKARTA, Indonesia (CNN) -- Allegations that Sen. Barack Obama was educated in a radical Muslim school known as a "madrassa" are not accurate, according to CNN reporting.

The Insight article was cited several times Friday on Fox News and was also referenced by the New York Post, The Glenn Beck program on CNN Headline News and a number of political blogs.

But reporting by CNN in Jakarta, Indonesia and Washington, D.C., shows the allegations that Obama attended a madrassa to be false. CNN dispatched Senior International Correspondent John Vause to Jakarta to investigate.

Yes... CNN jumped on the story. So did the Hillary supporting Washington Post in an article today.

That is not the point. The point is the story is out there. It is being discussed.

The Washington Post even attacked "Insight" for single sourcing a story. An unusual attack considering the bulk of stories they have printed over the last six years attacking the Bush administration and Republicans in general were anonymously single sourced.

Regarding CNN in Jakarta, why didn't they just ask Obama? He has already admitted in one of his books that he spent two years in an Islamic school in Indonesia.

The ultimate strategy still works. Leak something to an obscure media outlet, then let the rest of the mainstream media start talking about it, even if it is an attack on the other media outlet. Somewhere along the line the truth will eventually come out. Leaving the original leaker with "plausible deniability".

The "politics of personal destruction" is in play.

................

On a side note... when Hillary was in the White House with her husband, all of the mainstream media reporters in Washington knew about the Lewinsky affair. They kept it hidden until a then obscure media outlet known as the "Drudge Report" let the cat out of the bag.

How many media outlets and Hillary herself denied all of it in the beginning? Remember... it was all lies and a "vast right wing conspiracy" until those calling everyone else liars were proven themselves to be liars. Including Hillary.

C'mon Madman, this is hardly a new tactic. "Swift Boat Veterans," anyone? Oh, no wait, lets talk about Bush's college test scores from 30 years ago. Or Cheney's previous position in XYZ company. Blah blah blah...it's always a diversion, and they all do it. It's a little cannibalistic in Hillary's case, but it's nothing new.

Find me a politician that will not sling mud and I'll show you a politician with no campaign fund.

I don't think you'll get votes for anyone named Obama.

I can see the election posters being defaced now.

I hope the Republicans run something good smile and I hope Hillary gets the nomination, as she is the perfect Dim canidate.

Hillary will probably get the Democratic nod because she is a ruthless bitch who is well connected and will tear any opponent apart. I have come to learn that it does not matter which side you vote for, it is all about the BENJAMINS!!!! Does anybody see a pattern here, Bush I - Clinton - Bush II - Clinton II? - Jeb in 2012? - Chelsea in 2016? Maybe we need to get rid of both families and start fresh....
