I'm a Quality Engineer, and I Definately say smaller company...I've worked for a couple corporate companines... They may say you're gonna get all that stuff, but they will fire you a week before retirement, orrr pack up and move it Mexico...i'm at a family owned business now, and it's SOOO much better, I even drive 80 mile round trip a day.
