???? What did you need the ziplock for?? Never heard of that in any troubleshooting steps ever... Sorry taht you are getting the run around. I must be missing something though. If the tech said it needed to be replaced, then it needs to be replaced. cant they they send out another tech and tell you why it cant be replaced?
