I was going to suggest a smaller pulley to up the boost, but that was already covered. What about the air intake, cam, rockers, etc.?

I don't know much about performance on these engines. Now give me a LS1 and I can steer you in the right direction. Hmmm....How about an engine swap? Wonder if a 5.7L LS1 would fit?
