There are times when additional range is useful. Most cars and even several full-size SUVs have a longer range than the X. Taking a break from being cooped up in a vehicle is easy to remedy: just stop and get out.

Getting gas when you need it can be somewhat more of a problem, especially if you don't plan to be near gas stations very often. Driving through the Mojave desert or off-roading in Death Valley, CA are good examples of the need for extra range.[/b]
Yes and thats when you just pouring yet another can of petrol in your tank cool .

Not only they are safer mod-wise, but also you can always remove it when not in use..

At the price of like 25$ per can (speaking metal ones, not wobbly plastic ones) - heck, you definetly will spend like 20 times (at least) more on mod that might render your truck useless on trails (if you just put tank where it is right now) and will drop mileage (no matter where you put it, except for eating up cargo space of course).
