My 2000 v6 automatic X has a top speed of 104 on flat ground. Maybe you could get an ECU from a 2000 if you really wanted to remove the governor as it seems 2000's don’t have them. My Xterra handled just fine at 104 mph, no shaking or rattling, so there is really no problem going that fast or faster.

So has anyone else broken the 95mph mark? Its kind of hard to find out because all of the wineing pussies get threads like these closed every time so no one really knows (and don’t even start about the search).
