and trust me the hit was to great , so it would bend everything on its path

and if i am not mistaking frame was not bent, rock sliders were bent

I have seen what hits sliders can take and if you are doing sometihng to bent eather them of mounting hardware, you are doing something very dangerous and you may have much more damage then that
