First, why? Both are rookies on crappy teams. Like I said, even Peyton Manning sucked his rookie year.

Second, he does have a better offense. Too bad they have no running game or they'd REALLY have a better offense. Arizona is 10th in the pass while Tennessee is 28th in the pass.
